Recent Updates From Tessa A.
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

I practice from a systems perspective which means I will take the time to get to know you, as well as, take the time to understand what is happening around you. This allows me to begin to understand the multiple dimensions that make you the person you are today. We will work together to explore the areas of your life you want to learn more about and potentially shift. We will also work together to set goals to make those changes possible. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy).
Not only am I an LCSW, I am also a Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) currently working at Phoenix House, one of the largest non-profit treatment agencies in the country. I work closely with adolescent and adult populations suffering from both addiction and mental health disorders.
