Recent Updates From Wendy Hubenthal
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Life's difficulties can feel overwhelming at times, leaving us unsure how to manage. Yet, adapting to the changes and losses that life brings is possible. You have resources within you that can help you grow and thrive. Together, we will find them.
For the last fifteen years I have assisted individuals challenged by death, grief, divorce, illness, life transitions, trauma, and long-term caregiving. I partner with each person to find ways to ease anxiety and depression and regain a sense of well-being and purpose.
The methods we use in our work together will reflect your unique needs. They may include mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, prolonged grief treatment, hypnotherapy, or EMDR (in which I am certified by the EMDR International Association).
