Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

Do you need help managing emotions or strengthening primary relationships? Are you looking for skills to cope with unpleasant symptoms? Is your quality of life less than you'd like? Are you ready to make a change? No matter how difficult one's situation, nor complex the issues, we can work together to define achievable goals that, once realized, can bring meaning, contentment and reward to life. If you're unsatisfied but ready to take an active role in creating the life you want, strengthening your mental health and wellness in the process, I'm ready to help!
I practice integrated therapy, primarily with trauma, depression and anxiety, using Cognitive (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychoeducation, EMDR, IFS, ERP (for OCD), mindfulness, attachment therapy and client empowerment. I follow a developmental-wellness model, believing that, It's not what's wrong with you, it's what happened to you."
I have come to work in counseling later in life after experiencing my own trauma, addiction, significant life transitions, and mental health challenges. My primary motivation is to use my own experience, discovery, and healing to help others.
