I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed chemical dependency counselor intern (LCDC-I), a national board certified counselor (NBCC) and a certified integrative mental health professional (CIMHP). I am licensed in the state of Texas and offer mostly telehealth sessions. I have been working in the mental health field since 2009 in many different capacities including: community mental health agencies and at a major insurance company. I have extensive experience in the field of mental health and addiction. My approach is solution-focused and person-centered. I have worked with clients of all ages (as young as 6 y/o), many different backgrounds and cultures. I have worked with individuals, couples, families and working professionals. I am bilingual (English & Spanish) and have lived-in experience with military culture as a wife of a 27 year US Navy veteran.
