My studies have been both in counseling and in spiritual arts, including astrology, chakras and energy/sound healing. Each of us has certain patterns, ways we exist in this world. This brings us preferences and personality traits. I can help you to better understand yourself, your needs and to use your energies most effectively. Healing blockages frees you from past traumas and current emotional patterns. I can help you to shift your life to more ease, joy and peace through understanding and release.
I work well with those who have a spiritual orientation to life or who are seeking to better understand their life experience in the spiritual context. Healing happens when we are seen and heard, when our energy flows freely and who we are is celebrated.
