I have over 20 years experience working with children, teens and parents who are struggling with challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual and physical abuse. I offer parent coaching to help parents improve their relationships with their children. I also provide therapy with Latinx people including first generation and bicultural individuals who need support in navigating multiple social and cultural identities.
