Are you struggling with how drugs and/or alcohol impact your life - whether it's your use or someone else’s? Or maybe you feel like you're not living your best life because of unresolved trauma? With over 34 years in recovery, I have the lived experience, backed by addiction & counseling training, to help you navigate the road to recovery. To find the right answers for you, I apply a variety of evidence based therapies & techniques including Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing (MI), 12 step work, mindfulness, inner child work, anxiety reduction, psychoeducation, & relapse prevention. My approach is person-centered and tailored to the individual because everyone’s path is personal & everyone's needs are unique.
