I enjoy working with clients who are looking for help making deeper connections with important people in their lives. I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, conflict, and attachment injuries that get in the way of connecting with others. If you have struggled with friendships, romantic relationships, or coworkers in the past and just want to learn how to connect with people on a deeper level, I can help. As a former high school math teacher, I have lots of experience, and work well, with teens, specifically those struggling with issues related to anxiety, self-esteem, or identity concerns. During our sessions, you can expect to discover your attachment style and likely uncover early attachment injuries that may be getting in the way of current relationships. You will experience a non-judgmental environment and straight-forward style. I bring my authentic personality to our sessions, so you will likely also experience moments of laughter.
