Let's be real. In today's world, nothing is easy. Maybe you've been experiencing difficult symptoms for quite some time, or maybe they are new. Either way, you've finally decided it's time to talk to someone- that's the first step! I am currently accepting new clients, and have flexible scheduling. I use humor in my daily life and in my practice- I truly believe that laughing can help heal! My ideal client appreciates humor, and has an open mind. I will never tell you what to do- all I ask is that you come into therapy with an open mind and a willingness to start making changes! I have a specialty in working with survivors of relational trauma, and those who may currently be experiencing abuse in their interpersonal relationships. However, this only represents some of my clinical work! With over 10 years experience in the field, I have successfully supported families and individuals in overcoming many of the curveballs life throws. The bravest thing you can do is take the first step. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to determine if we are a good fit. I want to hear your story and create a genuine and trusting relationship with you. This is the foundation for all of our future work! Please reach out to me when you are ready, and we can begin the journey together.

Life is hard. And messy. And awesome. And awkward. And no matter who you are, I'm betting you are likely balancing a hundred things at any given time and trying to find a space and a place to figure yourself out. Therapy provides a chance to pause, reflect, and figure out what's next. As a clinical psychologist who has been supporting people through various transition phases of their lives for almost 20 years, I'm prepared to travel the path alongside you. Areas of specialty include: life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, shame, sociocultural identities, gender affirming care, and clinical supervision. My approach to the work is collaborative, honest, warm and curious. Therapy is most effective when you have a good working relationship together. Being able to be honest about what is working and what is not is key to a growthful outcome. It takes courage and vulnerably to reach out (even though it may not feel like it right now.) And whether it is with me or someone else, know I am wishing you all the best in your process. By reaching out for help you are already evidencing you have building blocks for the changes you want. I look forward to hearing from you!
