I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over ten years of experience in my field. The first degree I received was a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2010. I continued my education and received a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University in 2015. I am currently attending Northcentral University to attain a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy, specializing in Children and Adolescents, and expected to graduate in 2024. I also received two post-graduate certificates, one in Counseling Children and Adolescents, which qualifies me to become a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), and the other in Depth Psychotherapy, which focuses on issues of meaning, values, and a just existence from a community and cultural perspective. I have post-graduate experience serving children, adolescents, families, individuals, groups, and couples. I started with an internship at a middle school and non-profit setting serving low-income individuals by providing individual, group, family, and couples therapy. I then worked in a juvenile correction setting as a Youth Corrections Social Worker, providing individual, group, and multi-family group therapy. I have experience in a community mental health setting, providing play therapy to elementary-aged children; as well as training in Multisystemic Therapy (MST), with a substance use adaptation, an evidence-based treatment for adolescents who meet the criteria for substance use disorder and who also have behavioral problems. I provided in-home therapy to this population that focused on the individual, family, and caregiver sessions implementing structure and rules in the home to support parents with enforcing rules, rewards, and consequences. I also worked in an intensive outpatient and inpatient setting in a mental health hospital, providing evidenced-based group therapy implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness groups with patients. Furthermore, I have education, training, and experience in treating addictions. The combination of my education and experience allows me to take a highly personalized, evidence-based approach to help my clients achieve powerful, lifelong changes.

Hello! I am a pschologist who does teletherapy with teens and young professionals. My focus is to help you (or your teen!) feel heard in the stress of school, work, high-level competition, etc. and to help you commit to a life that feels fulfilling and valuable. I achieve this by working from an acceptance and values-based approach (ACT) with humor and compassion. Teletherapy allows you the flexibility to receive treatment - from school, work, or home - without the commute! I would love for you to reach out, or go to my website, to set up a free consult phone call to see if we'd be a good match! I often hear the phrase "feeling stuck" from the patients that seek me out. I work with teens, driven young professionals, executives, and team leaders to manage the stress of relationships, performance, and general day to day stressors and help them to cultivate their skills and identify valued outcomes I would love for you to reach out for a free phone consultation to discuss how I can help you! A phone consult can be scheduled online at yenzatc.patientsecure.me (select "I'm a new client") or I can be reached at 720-432-2144. Today, you can begin your valued and fulfilling life.

Hi, I’m Leigh (pronounced Lee). I’m a clinical social worker based in Honolulu, HI and licensed in all 50 states. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. CBT helps clients recognize that it’s not necessarily the things that happen to us that cause us to struggle, but how we think about these things. When we learn that our first reactions to difficult subjects may be limiting, we can work to change and grow our perspectives. Subsequently, this allows us to feel differently and cope in more helpful ways. As a therapist who loves to travel, I’ve lived in many places in the US (including the Southeast, DMV, Midwest, PNW, and now Hawaii) and have traveled extensively outside the US. I strive to understand cultures I’m not familiar with and have been honored to learn and hold space for clients from many different walks of life. I enjoy working with clients to meet their goals. I view therapy as an active process, where my clients learn skills and tools that allow them to achieve their goals and flourish in their lives. My goal is for you to learn how to be your own therapist and successfully graduate from therapy with this knowledge and practice. Specialties: Anxiety, Stress, Panic attacks, Fears, Worry, Phobias, Social anxiety, Obsessions & compulsions, Depression, Sleep issues, Women’s issues,LGBTQ+, Life transitions, Coping skills, Chronic pain

What do I want to do next? That is a great question! I have been so fortunate to experience an amazing professional journey and I find myself at a crossroads. Do I stay with the known safe path, or set out into the wild? Inspired by Mrs. Midge Maisel (I have only finished up to season 4, so not sure if she is someone to emulate?!), I am open to having conversations with anyone to figure things out! Paul Deger, MA, LPC, PT has 35 years of experience in healthcare, initially earning an undergraduate degree in physical therapy at Marquette University in Milwaukee. As a physical therapist, Paul has practiced in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings, specializing in neurological disorders. He furthered his studies in motor learning and control in the graduate physical therapy program at the University of Pittsburgh. Paul then shifted focus from physical to psychological health and completed his graduate studies at Naropa University, Boulder, earning a Master’s in Mindfulness-Based Counseling Psychology. On retreat, he has also trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction with Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli of the Center for Mindfulness at University of Massachusetts Medical School and studied Buddhism and meditation in sangha with Lloyd Burton, Dharma teacher from Spirit Rock Meditation Center. Recognizing the impact of spirituality on health, Paul studied pastoral care at Iliff School of Theology in Denver. He has worked with clients in hospital-based, private practice and home-based family directed care. Paul has taught mindfulness meditation, stress management and health behavior change nationally to doctors, allied healthcare professionals, businesses and government agencies, as well as an invited speaker at professional conferences. Paul also has a long history as a corporate trainer, with a specialty in coaching nurses and health educators to deliver disease management and health behavior change services. Paul has designed mental wellbeing apps and multi-media psycho-educational products. He is certified in Synchronous Training as well as Performance Consulting. When not working, Paul enjoys rock climbing and vintage car shows with his son.
