I truly believe that each client holds their own answers to their journey. I want to support you in finding your own conclusions about how you want to live life while walking beside you. I believe that each and every human deserves the opportunity to live healthy, rewarding lives even while working through the rough spots. Having an experienced, compassionate, and non-judgmental professional to help guide you can make all the difference! Now accepting clients for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy services. Ketamine Intensive trained with trauma focused intervention and support. During 10+ years as a therapist I have helped individuals find peace and understanding in the most difficult of times including trauma and self-esteem. My warm and nurturing approach is psychodynamic based. This means that therapy will often (but not always) focus on uncovering and understanding the unconscious roots of emotional distress and conflict. Life is too short to surrender and continue to suffer by the unresolved past or worrying about the future, letting trauma control us, or being anxious/angry all the time. I want you to live as your authentic self while exploring the barriers that lie between knowing and doing & having the ability to deal with life on life’s terms.

We all want to feel empowered to deal with the problems life naturally throws at us. We feel empowered when we are in control and manage our lives in the way we want. In order to take control of our lives, we need to have a greater awareness of how our personal attributes and experiences influence the way we respond to what happens in our lives; our strengths, weaknesses, and our underlying motivations and barriers to how we solve life problems. Because we are complex and unique, we need to find our own unique path to building an empowered life. View 4 Photos Our conscious self is like the visible part of an iceberg, it is only the smaller part of the much larger whole. I believe connecting to our greater subconscious and addressing the important existential issues that give meaning to our lives is an essential requirement for creating lasting personal growth. A strong grounded mental and emotional core provides us the same stability the trunk and roots provide a tree. With a strong core, our branches and leaves can also bend and twist confidently to get what we need in life, no matter the circumstances. Let's make it happen together:)
