I believe in facilitating a therapeutic space through the use of empathy and compassion. I rely on utilizing the tools of Person-Centered Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to aid in building a strong therapeutic bond. I believe in using a non-authoritative approach that aids in empowering clients so they may find their own strengths find meaningful solutions. I will help identify how thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes inform feelings and actions. Through this understanding, we will alter the very thoughts and feelings that cause distress. You can find deeper peace and grounding by learning to observe experiences without being consumed with unhelpful inner narratives and judgements, which gives freedom and clarity. I believe everyone deserves to tell their story while receiving warmth, respect, and acceptance throughout the process. Let me help you navigate through the intricate components of the human condition and support you through common life challenges such as anxiety, disappointment, sadness, loss, transitions, grief, relationship issues, and more.

I specialize in working with children, teenagers, and adults and provide individual, family, and couples' therapy. While working with these modalities of treatments, I help clients that are struggling with anxiety, compulsive behaviors, behavioral issues, depression, self-esteem, conflict, parenting, trauma, and life transitions. Clients with these symptoms or situations face many challenges which I love helping them overcome through compassionate understanding and establishment of trust and rapport. I utilize aspects of Structured Family Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Gottman’s Couples Therapy. I focus on clients’ presenting issues through a systemic approach by striving to meet them not only on an individual level, but also by assisting them with navigating relationships and general interactions with others. I strive to make clients feel comfortable throughout the therapeutic process. I help clients overcome apprehension and nervousness—especially if it’s their first time being in therapy. I pride myself on making my clients feel heard, validated, and understood, providing them with positive experiences resulting in attaining goals and a higher quality of life.
