Welcome! I specialize in supporting women through reproduction, pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. As a clinician and mother myself, I understand the impact this transition has on mental health, relationships, myself, my body and career. I have firsthand experience understanding how difficult it is to make sense of this new identity and transition. I'm driven to help other mothers learn about themselves and understand their new roles. I want to be a beacon of hope, support, and healing. I approach therapy from an open and supportive way, and used evidence based techniques to support your current challenges. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client I work with, as each person's experience is unique. As a certified perinatal therapist and mother of three, I am passionate about mental health during reproduction, pregnancy, and motherhood. This is a time in a woman’s life that is often labeled as blissful and exciting, but it can be one of the most challenging transitions a woman experiences. This is a time of significant change, and usually involves uncertainty and emotional overwhelm. I aim to normalize this complex experience, and help you manage through this adjustment more seamlessly. I have over 14 years of experience working in this field, and my sole focus is this transition in a woman's life. I have a non judgmental approach and will offer insight, validation, and guidance. You can't pour from an empty cup. I am here to walk with you through one of life's most dynamic and challenging transitions.

My training, research and clinical work have been dedicated to working with and on behalf of older adults. Through my personal and professional experiences, I have become very familiar with the unique challenges that go along with aging - and the ways getting older can test a person’s mind, body, and spirit. I have also seen firsthand how therapy can help people find new ways of coping or reconnecting with strategies that have been helpful in the past. When effective, therapy can help people live more satisfying lives - even in the face of adversity. Therapy is a collaborative process. My knowledge and perspective can be helpful, but what I enjoy the most about my job is learning from my clients. People with more life experience bring with them wisdom, perspective and resilience which makes that process especially meaningful.
