I believe every person has the power to change their current situation for the better, no matter what obstacles they may be facing. My goal is to collaborate with each person, as each individual is the expert in their own life, to help them develop healthy coping strategies, learn new skills, gain insight, and find purpose and meaning in their life. Therapy is a place to create hope that things can get better, to empower change, and encourage healing. I have extensive experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families that have experienced severe trauma (physical abuse, sexual abuse, and neglect), grief and loss, individuals with mental health diagnoses, conflict resolution, stress (personal and work), and behavioral issues. My primary approach is using evidence-based practices including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-based, Solution Focused Therapy, and Brainspotting Therapy to help you live the life you deserve! Together, we will work to get to a place of healing and a reduction of symptoms!

I believe that every person can heal and create the life they want. It is easy for past trauma, life transitions, and daily stresses to keep us from feeling balanced and healthy. I have been trained in many different modalities. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist, Master ART Certified therapist, and am trained in various CBT modalities. It is very important to me that my clients to feel supported, understood, and motivated by the therapy process. My philosophy for therapy is to help you recognize your strengths, improve your coping skills, and trust in your ability to overcome any challenges that you may face.
