My name is Susan (Suzy) Eppling and I am an occupational therapist with expertise in the treatment of Tourette Syndrome and Motor & Vocal Tic Disorders, as well as Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB). My practice, Online OTs, specializes in CBIT & ComB Habit Reversal Training. Emphasis is placed on reducing the unwanted actions and the pain, frustration, isolation, and embarrassment they cause. As a telehealth practice, our patients immediately put strategies in place from the comfort and privacy of their homes. This effective and empowering approach enables most patients to acquire key skills within just a few sessions. Online OTs helps our patients to develop and implement a highly personalized plan to bring their tics or BFRB to a stop. In addition to extensive training in CBIT and ComB, the practice offers lessons learned from over 500 patients, as well as their family members and ours. Online OTs is now available via telehealth in VT, NH, CT, ME, NY, and MA. Say goodbye to the cold hospital clinic and hello to warm and personalized support from the privacy of your home. Please reach out to learn more about how our ComB & CBIT habit reversal training works.

Welcome! I have experience working with people of all ages who have found themselves faced with anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, life transition and stress, parenting challenges, social and relationship issues, and feeling stuck in general. My approach is highly relational, warm, supportive and sprinkled with humor when appropriate. Our initial sessions will focus on building trust and using collaboration and curiosity as we develop a plan to address your concerns. I firmly believe that we all have inherent resources and strengths within us that can be tapped into to support the process of healing and growth. For the past 20 years I have worked in a variety of settings including trauma-focused outpatient therapy, therapeutic schools, residential, and foster care and adoptions. I use a holistic mind-body approach informed by Attachment Theory, Sensorimotor Therapies, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, DBT, CBT, and Collaborative Problem Solving. The decision to seek the support of therapy for yourself or a loved one is not a light one and at times can feel overwhelming. I have a deep appreciation of the courage it takes to reach out during a time of vulnerability and welcome the chance to speak with you about your needs.
