He works with anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and performance issues which arise at work, in their personal lives as well as in the athletic arena. Dr. Neff's training is in psychodynamic theory and cognitive-behavioral therapy. He draws on the psychodynamic theory to gain understanding of the individual and uses a more cognitive-behavioral approach in his work with clients. Dr. Neff also uses performance enhancement training/positive psychology in his work with "high performance" clients. Dr. Neff has worked extensively with CEOs in major corporations, professional and elite amateur athletes and professional sport organizations including the Boston Celtics of the NBA, the Boston Bruins and the New York Rangers of the NHL. He also consults with CEOs and their teams of major corporations in the area of organizational development, team building and executive coaching. Dr. White provides neuropsychological and psychological evaluations, including academic, cognitive, and personality testing with a focus on differential diagnosis for complex presentations. Dr. White's work has primarily been in the domain of social-emotional learning. She has received extensive training in both psychological assessment and clinical treatment. Dr. White has experience in the areas of psychological trauma and neuropsychological evaluation and can provide assessments and interventions across the lifespan. Besides offering comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological assessments, Dr. White also offers specialized counseling services. She provides brief, outcomes focused treatment to help individuals of all ages maximize their potential while navigating their individual mental health and leaning needs.

Dr. Kavanagh is the owner and founder of North Shore Children's Neuropsychology, which offer neuropsychological assessment, counseling, and consultation to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families in Boston's North Shore. Dr. Kavanagh earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology, her master's degree in Developmental and Educational Psychology from Boston College, and her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Virginia. She has extensive training and experience working with children as young as 2, and can offer services across the lifespan NSCN offers in-person assessments and virtual counseling services, with expertise in the evaluation and treatment of learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, AD/HD, executive dysfunction, and developmental disorders such as Autism. All clinicians on staff are doctoral level, licensed clinical psychologists. NSCN is currently accepting new clients for both assessments and counseling at this time.
