I use my education and professional experience in child development, the legal system, psychoanalysis, and mental health to coach you to finding your Best You. I will focus on results and accountability in your journey to healing/wellness. I am skilled in helping people heal from their traumas. I specialize in helping both men and women break-free of toxic and codependent relationships. Using both coaching techniques (NLP, mindset) and therapy (IFS, CBT) I am able to help my client get to thriving vs. surviving in all aspects of their life.
