Offering Walk Therapy: outdoors, in-person, year round, dogs invited. I’m licensed in MA & RI & will consider well-aligned virtual clients as well. My current practice is very queer/trans, multi-racial, poly, neurodivergent, spiritual, artistic, working in helping professions, embodied, & politically-engaged. Folks who thrive with me appreciate direct feedback, authenticity, & strengths-based ways of building safety & courage to go after the lives they want, relationally & professionally. I find that the walking modality, in combination with EMDR & somatic practices, are a trustworthy resource for addressing complex trauma. I offer collaborative conversations in service of collective liberation, with 25 years experience in community/sexual health as a frontline worker & supervisor. I’m rooted in harm reduction, understanding context/systems, & thinking holistically about how we tend our wounds, co-create the world we want to belong to, & repair the harms we cause to others. I’m a trans/enby, Armenian-American dancer & writer with deep roots in my local HIV community & a life-long commitment to racial equity. I have a passion for building community, caring for the margins, & healing intergenerational trauma. I find joy serving LGBTQ, BIPOC, creative, & activist communities through movement, reflection, & brave conversations.
