I provide psychotherapy/counseling to children/teens experiencing anxiety (separation, social, excessive worry, panic, and phobias), depression and/or ADHD. In addition, I specialize in anxiety, stress & depression that is specifically tied to (1) health concerns (e.g., type 1 diabetes, picky eating/ARFID, food allergy, chronic pain, GI, sleep, etc) and/or (2) identity concerns (race/ethnicity, LGBTQIA+, religion). Lastly, I have a specialization in preschool mental health through providing Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) for anxiety and temper tantrums/moodiness in young children. I further specialize in the 18-30s crowd. Unhealed wounds may resurface as you navigate romance, sexuality, school/career, family, identity (race/ethnicity, religion, LGBTQIA+). You feel stressed, anxious, depressed, never enough. You have problems with sleep, boundaries, body image, self-esteem and social comparison. Therapy can provide relief. In addition to my therapeutic specialties, I also have lived experiences with interracial families, multiculturalism & navigating PWIs. My style is warm and validating, with a healthy dose of honesty. My approach is integrative, but reach out if you're curious about a certain treatment (CBT, ACT, EFT, mindfulness, PCIT). Life is too precious to remain stuck.

I am currently accepting new clients. I offer Telehealth sessions and offer flexible weekday and weekend hours. I’ve had the most success with clients who have Autism, learning disabilities or making life transitions and are in young adulthood ranging from 18-30 years old. My strengths are connecting, supporting, and providing engagement and processing of feelings, thoughts, and behaviors into objectifiable outcomes in a safe and warm environment suitable for growth and change. I’ve worked with clients with different problems, such as ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression. I am an EMDR therapist and I also practice with a Mindfulness Centered Approach with CBT techniques to shift our focus to what we can control and take the lead to change our behavioral patterns. Together, we will be able to work collaboratively to help you develop insight and resiliency and strengthen your skills to help resolve present problems. I want to help my clients, be part of their journey toward self-love, and heal from their past experiences. If this speaks to you or you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!
