I enjoy digging into these issues because they can be debilitating and it is amazing to witness the life change that can occur through therapeutic self discovery. Through the use of Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, my focus involves supporting clients in self-esteem development, anxiety reduction, mood improvement and personal growth. It is important to me that my clients truly feel heard and I strive to instill strength in every session.
