I believe that walking with someone, wherever they are, is the primary focus in my practice. My experience includes working with teens, young adults and, and individuals who are experiencing issues including anxiety, adjustment issues, bipolar, depression, sexual identity, and PTSD. I am a Registered Parent Educator for Circle of Security International, which provides education for parents to help them build healthy attachments with their children. I have a special interest in helping teenage girls and women who are struggling with issues in their lives and incorporating faith into therapy (only when requested). At Solace Counseling Associates, we aspire to provide solace to our clients in time of grief, misfortune, or whatever our clients may be experiencing.
