Here’s the thing, you do not have to solve it, heal from it, get over it, get past it, or figure it out alone. Therapy offers you the space and support to approach and intentionally navigate your trauma, grief, past or present experiences, ways you have related to yourself, your relationships, and/or your environments that are just not serving you anymore. Your life should not be limited to living in familiar discomfort. You deserve genuine happiness and abundance in every area that you exist in. I can help you. It is time to start being intentional about your healing process, don't you think? View 4 Photos As an experienced and dedicated therapist, I commit to working with individuals / couples who’ve experienced various types of trauma to include childhood and relational trauma, combat trauma, sexual trauma and affairs. My work is compassionate, collaborative and client centered. More importantly, it is intentional and tailored to meet clients specific needs. I utilize different models of therapy based on where you're currently at in healing. I prioritize creating safe/nonjudgmental spaces so you can fully be yourself, be present in your mind and body, and be a participant in your own healing process. I believe that successful healing is a daily practice that’s not always hard and heavy but always intentional.

Hey, I’m Reagan. I work with teens and adults trying to figure out what’s happened, who they are in this moment, and where they want to go from here. I offer a safe space to work through things your own way, and support that meets you where you are and evolves on your terms. With a warm, straightforward, and affirming approach, I can help you work toward goals that are focused on you (no agendas here!) and get to a place where 'being' just feels better. If you are looking for someone who is real and something a little different from your last therapy experience, let's talk! View 4 Photos My approach to therapy is trauma-driven and client-centered, with a splash of humor. I have specialized training in trauma - complex, acute, childhood, and secondary trauma - as well as trauma-processing techniques (EMDR, TF-CBT).
