Attollo Counseling Services was born from a passion for promoting satisfying relationships, healthy families, meaningful marriages, and strong resilient individuals as they pursue their hopes, dreams, and happiness. While we all want these things, nothing is guaranteed except life will present challenges to take us off-course. Whether you are going through a major life adjustment, experiencing grief/loss, struggling to decide what steps to take towards your future, experiencing relationship challenges, or embarking on a new journey in life; you don't have to do it alone. We believe in compassion, collaboration, and creativity. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy; working in the counseling field since 2013. I have extensive experience dealing with all the issues listed below; and while I am skilled with individuals, couples, adults in all age groups, teens and children, and families (original, foster, adoption, and blended). I work with compassion to collaborate with each client in a creative way to achieve the vision they have created for themselves. I would be honored to be invited to listen and become a part of the process of achieving your goals - assisting you to reset the course to a joyful and fulfilling life. Our practice listens to our clients and provides a variety of therapy and counseling approaches to meet our client's needs. We know that life can get difficult at times and we believe that counseling can help you to see the situation from a different point of view to facilitate change. Our focus is to help individuals and families heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and providing each client with a customer treatment plan. We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow. Our therapies include (but are not limited to): Bilateral Stimulation (EMDR/ART), DBT, Neurofeedback, Alpha Stimulation, medication management and Virtual Reality Therapy.
