I am interested in supporting young people in navigating stressful and challenging life changes and believe that every individual is an expert on themselves. I want the therapeutic process to be collaborative and engaging. My previous clinical experience includes working within a university counseling center and with a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Intensive Outpatient Group. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in 2018 from Kent State University, my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a certificate in Chemical Dependency from Cleveland State University in 2022. I have experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am passionate about working with various ages, including children, adolescents, college students, and young adults. I strive in my practice to observe every client from a biopsychosocial perspective, and developing treatments that fit the client’s multidimensional identities. I enjoy building awareness through mindfulness, body scans, and recognizing individual life experiences from a non-judgmental, compassionate perspective.
