I have experience working with a range of emotional and psychological issues, from adolescent and parent dilemmas to relationship difficulties. I have worked with people facing severe mental illness, serious health issues, trauma, and substance use, incarcerated young men, and transsexual and gender non-binary adults. I've successfully used music teaching to initiate a therapeutic relationship with adolescents and young adults, and I have a special interest in working with technical professionals; my first 20-year career was in computer science.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to providing compassionate and supportive counseling/psychotherapy. I work with individuals both long and short term. I utilize an integrative approach including Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, Jungian Psychology, and EMDR to empower individuals and find coping strategies that make sense. Regardless of the problem, stressor or hardship, everyone can benefit from seeing a therapist. Therapy can help you overcome current stressors and arm you with the skills you need to effectively manage them in the future.
