Dealing with challenges and stressors is an unavoidable part of our human experience, and it can certainly leave an unwanted impact in our life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I aim to look at the whole person, understanding how all the aspects of our lives come together to impact our minds and bodies. Healing happens when all parts of the person are aligned and integrated. I am passionate about helping women, specifically tweens, teens, and 20-somethings, navigate stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity development. Some methods I particularly enjoy include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered and Strengths-Based approach. I incorporate holistic approaches (mindfulness, meditation, guided imagery, EFT tapping, and breathwork) into the work to ensure the mind, body, and spirit are all supported. My goal is to provide a safe environment for clients to express what is on their minds, learn beneficial coping skills, understand the mind-body connection, and build a sense of connection with themselves and others.

I provide individual therapy for preteens, adolescents, and young adults. My goal is to work alongside my clients to offer support and comfort as they navigate their daily lives; whether that is dealing with friendship/relational issues, struggling with feeling isolated, or difficulties building self-confidence. While working with me, we will learn how to conquer the anxious thoughts, self doubt, and negative thinking that can lead to you feeling overwhelmed and emotionally drained. As your therapist, my goal is to help you gain more insight and understanding of who you are. We will identify your strengths and find ways to utilize these for any challenge you may be facing. I am a psychotherapist working with individuals and couples. I advocate and support couples from a variety of races, cultures and sexual orientations using Emotionally Focused Therapy to understand patterns and cycles and to build a better connection and a stronger relationship. I work with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy to build connection and understanding to communicate about conflicts and core struggles. I work with clients grieving the death of a loved one. I provide a comforting presence to those with a life-limiting illness or family members caring for those with a chronic illness. Choosing a therapist to work with is very important and finding a sacred space to share your story and insights is the beginning of your healing work. My style is warm, compassionate and collaborative. I am happy to meet with you for a consultation and for ongoing psychotherapy work.
