I am a graduate-level intern pursuing an M.A. in Counseling. Upon graduation this upcoming spring, I will also become nationally certified as a counselor. I hope to offer a compassionate presence for those in need of someone to listen, and to provide an unconditional warmth for all who would share their stories with me. While all emails will come directly to me, the phone number I have listed will connect you with the Intake team at my counseling site (In Him Christian Wellness). Please leave a message for them if they are unable to answer your call!

Im a licensed therapist with a passion for helping college students and young adults like you navigate the exciting yet often perplexing maze of life transitions. That feeling of standing at a crossroads, unsure which path to take? Yeah, I've been there too. But guess what? You're not alone. I'm licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland and work with college students who struggle with juggling classes, study skills, managing anxiety/stress, depression, trauma and social life. I'm trained in EMDR and Brainspotting and use a person centered, strengths based approach. My previous experience working as a school psychologist and current experience as a therapist, gives me the unique ability to provide therapeutic services for teens and adults. Using an integrative approach, I create a therapeutic space that celebrates neurodiversity and embraces each individual's strengths and challenges. Providing a judgement-free zone, and building a strong relationship with each client is important. I strive to support clients and families in developing more adaptive ways of coping with stressors and to empower clients to utilize their strengths to overcome challenges.
