Experience Dr. Estefania Luna earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and completed her predoctoral internship at Aurora Mental Health Center in Colorado. She has worked in therapy private practice providing both individual and group therapy. Her expertise spans trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD and related disorders, relationship issues, self-harm, personality disorders and grief and loss. She is fluent in English and Spanish and experienced in working with diverse clientele. As a PSYPACT provider, Dr. Luna is able to provide therapy in most states via telehealth. Types of Therapy Comprehensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) by Behavioral Tech, LLC. Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and in conducting psychological evaluations.
