Alicia utilizes relational, collaborative, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered approaches to build relationships and to meet the needs of each unique individual. Alicia works in collaboration with children, teenagers and adults seeking supports with depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity development, family dynamics, and trauma. Excel Intervention takes pride in providing an excellent client experience, from the initial contact with our agency, to the last session with your mental health professional.
