Change is possible if you take the first step. Let’s take the first step together. I come from a place of understanding that therapy can be tough, as well as making any changes in life. This is why I try to make the process as easy as possible! As I get to know you, it is important you know me too! I believe therapy is like a conversation, which can make difficult situations feel more manageable and goals more attainable. Leaning into your strengths and collaborating on realistic goals are specific ways I support you while in therapy. I bring a relatable perspective from my diverse clinical background that I apply in practice today. My focus areas are addiction, substance abuse, problem gambling, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I enjoy working with families and couples too. There is not a “one size, fits all” to therapy and I can appreciate learning from you too! Whatever the reason that brought you to therapy, I look forward to hearing more. I encourage you to take that first step towards change...today.
