I work with high-functioning adults (18+) from all walks of life who may be struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, chronic pain, college stress, work-related burnout, past trauma, and more. I am also an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and offer gender-affirming care. I hold an inclusive and anti-oppressive lens and invite clients’ intersecting cultural identities to be acknowledged, respected, and celebrated. Being open and sharing ones experiences can be tremendously daunting and requires feeling supported and safe. I aim to provide a space of non-judgment, compassion, and trust in order to meet my clients where they are. In our sessions you will be able to share your experiences openly without criticism. I will listen, provide feedback, reflections and collaborate with you. My goal is to enable each client to leave therapy with the ability to address the issues that brought them in. I have worked with clients on a myriad of issues in my 13 years as a therapist. My primary focus in private practice is working with first responders and/or individuals who struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, change in life circumstance, narcissism, interpersonal relationships and feeling "stuck."
