I enjoy working with BIPOC folks in life transitions, such as starting college, entering the workforce, becoming a parent, etc. I have a particular passion for supporting birthing people of color during the perinatal period, recognizing the unique cultural, social and systemic factors that impact their mental health. I provide a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can address perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, navigate identity and cultural challenges, and find support in their journey to parenthood. Both my education and personal experience have shaped the therapist I am and how I practice. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to understand each individual's unique experiences and challenges. I employ a collaborative and client centered approach to meet the specific needs and goals of each person. Life comes with many changes. I am here to help you gain insight into these changes and learn ways to grow through them.
