I am a Narrative Therapist and LMFT in Walla Walla. I collaborate with my clients to create a comfortable space to explore challenges, identify resources, subvert problems and chart a preferred path forward. I came to the practice of therapy after spending about 10 years in the field of visual and web design—completing the MFT program at Seattle Pacific University in 2008. Given my own experience I thrive on encouraging others to pursue new ideas and life goals even if that includes a major change in direction. I work with individual, couple and family clients addressing: • Anxiety • Grief • Depression • Life Transitions • Relationship Issues My clients are primarily adults but I also work with adolescents as young as 10.
