Recent Updates From Zoe Nasios
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

I believe that it is essential for clients to find the right fit for their therapist. I want the client to know that my office is a safe space and I will do everything I can to help them navigate through the tough times in their life. Coming from a Greek background influences my desire to maintain cultural competence and tailor therapy to best support one’s beliefs and values. I will work as my client's advocate, ensuring that they feel valued and heard. I strive to create a relationship built on trust, communication, growth, and respect.

I have worked in settings that have allowed me to treat parents, couples, children, families, and individuals of all ages. A few of the issues I have worked with are child and adolescent issues, family conflict, psychiatric illnesses, substance abuse, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and more.
My goal as a therapist is to help be a supportive bridge for clients as they go through uncomfortable and hard times, and while they are adjusting to life changes on their path to recovery. I look forward to helping clients grow and providing the best treatment tailored to their needs. Feel free to reach out with any questions you have! You can also text me.
