Recent Updates From Drew Welch
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families with co-occurring disorders. I know how difficult it is living with addiction and mental health issues, or living with a loved one who is struggling with these issues. If you are looking for help for yourself or you are a family member needing help to support your loved one, I am here to help. I have extensive training in evidence-based practices including ACT, Motivational Interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapies, CRA Family Therapy, and integrated dual disorders treatment and I have supervised and taught others these skills.
As a family therapist I teach skills in effective communication, collaborative problem solving, self-care, healthy limit-setting and positive encouragement of healthy goals. In individual therapy I offer a unique, individualized approach to recovery and change that is respectful and hopeful. I understand the compelling cycle that perpetuates addiction.
I understand how impossible recovery can seem and that no single path works for all. I know the importance of education, support and hope. These days I will use all of my training, experience and compassion to help others improve health and wellness, feel freer, prouder and more connected.
