With over 10 years of clinical work with children, teens, and emerging adults, I strive to help young people navigate the world in the face of anxiety, depression, and a wide variety of social and developmental challenges.

I utilize the Cognitive Behavioral approach to clinical work, but I tailor the therapeutic approach approach to the specific needs and preferences of each client. I also offer mindfulness, yoga, play, and a number of other expressive therapies to support interventions as appropriate and desired by the client.
