I come from an integrative, solutions-focused lens, and believe that we are all unique in our journeys - so, as such, I like to use a tailored approach to therapy. This means that together, and throughout our session(s), I will meet you where you are and we will collaborate on the direction(s) that best fit where you (and the work) wish to go.
