Recent Updates From Brian Keating
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
I work with children, teens, and adults who might be experiencing overwhelming feelings and emotions, are stuck in disruptive patterns, or are feeling detached from the things that were once loved. Perhaps there has been a significant change, traumatic event or challenges at school that have made things feel different than the way they were. Sometimes you might not be sure what has changed but feel that something is just not right. Support can be helpful if you or your child are struggling with sleep concerns, physical aches and pains, behavioral changes, or an overall sense of worry or stress.

Through individual counseling or play therapy, I help clients explore the places that feel stuck and find healing in the things that get in the way of the life they want to live. I specialize in childhood bereavement and am skilled in working with many of the challenges children and adults face when confronted with all aspects of grief and loss.
I celebrate the unique ways people of all ages and orientations experience the world and can offer support as both a parent resource and a general advocate for your success. My practice is culturally sensitive, and LGBTQ+ affirming. Please feel welcome to reach out to hear how we could work together to meet your goals.
