Recent Updates From Rachel Bond
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

I offer supportive sessions for those experiencing anxiety or depression, adjusting during a life transition, healing from loss and trauma, working on self-image, or struggling to cope in relationships. My collaborative approach honors your unique experiences and focuses on your identified goals. Together we will process ‘what’s happened’ and work through ‘stuck points’ in a way that allows you to create meaningful growth and connection. My therapy process aims to help you transform patterns of thinking and doing, safely explore and express your full range of emotions, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-appreciation and vitality.
My practice is creative and person-centered. I utilize mind-body practices that support safe, connected healing. I have advanced training in models including: EMDR, DBT, CBT, and am a student of Somatic Experiencing. I have Postpartum Support International and Training for Adoption Competency certificates to effectively support the unique needs of parents.
My goal as a therapist is to create a warm and empowering environment that cultivates curiosity and allows you to appreciate and connect with YOU- mistakes, silliness, and all. You're taking a brave step, and I'm eager for us to get started on this journey.
