Areas I spend a lot of time in are; self esteem, relationships, men's/women's issues, life transitions, anxiety/depression, and those in the helping professions.

I received my training at BYU with a clinical emphasis. I have 17 years of experience in the helping profession with 7 of those years as a therapist in a dual diagnosis treatment center for trauma and addiction.
