Recent Updates From Virginia Erholtz
Last updated | Wednesday March 26, 2025

Do you find yourself struggling with life’s current and past stressors- relationships, life transitions, work, family? Therapy is a place to engage in growth and change by stripping away the layers to reveal your authentic self.
During our time together I will support you as you discover your truth, practice setting healthy boundaries, learn to use your voice, and create a deeper relationship with yourself. I’m excited to co-create a safe and compassionate space for you to engage in your healing journey!
I have experience working with eating disorders, stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, parenting, and LGBTQ+ population, and alternative relationship styles (ENM, Polyamory, Swinging/Lifestyle, and am kink informed). I incorporate somatic therapy, mindfulness, meditation and parts work into my sessions and offer bodywork upon request.
