Well, let me be the first to tell you that anxiety is a thief and depression is a liar. It's tough dealing with these things. It's even tougher watching your loved one, especially your child, have to deal with them. It's time to fight back.
I focus on working with people as they fight back against their depression and anxiety. I work with middle school, high school, and adults, especially males. I work with people from a variety of backgrounds, including members of the LGBT community and the Christian community.
