Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
The people with whom I work range in age from teenage to adult, and are typically facing challenges with eating disorders, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and/or other co-occurring diagnoses. I believe in utilizing a collaborative approach to set goals and explore the focus of our work together. I will meet with you, wherever you are in your journey of healing, to support you in becoming the best version of yourself.
I use evidence-based practices including Exposure & Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, to empower my clients to reconnect to their values to live authentic and fulfilling lives. I am a certified Be Body Positive facilitator which I use to support my clients in repairing their relationships with their bodies.
I believe in creating a safe and encouraging therapeutic environment in which I can both challenge and support my clients while at their most vulnerable, to help them heal and cope with their struggles. If you have questions or would like to learn more about my approach, I encourage you to reach out.
