Recent Updates From Jaclyn Friedenthal
Last updated | Tuesday March 25, 2025

My passion is in helping clients to feel empowered, capable, compassionate, and connected to self and others. I believe that humans are born accepting ourselves, “asking” for our needs to be met, and craving social connection. But life happens and we can lose that deep, felt-sense knowing that we are lovable, deserving, competent, and enough as we are. I help clients work through past experiences that may still have a hold on the present. And while working through these barriers, I (gently) push clients to take daily steps in the direction of their goals and values!
I specialize in anxiety and obsessive-compulsive related disorders, and trauma-treatment. I draw from cognitive behavioral (CBT), acceptance and commitment (ACT), dialectical behavior (DBT), and attachment- and mindfulness-based therapies, as well as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), based on client need.
I commend you for taking this first step in re-aligning with the highest version of yourself. It takes courage. I offer free 20-minute online or phone consultations so that I can hear about your therapy needs, answer any questions that you may have, and for us to see if we are a mutually good fit!
