Welcome! Learning to be in loving relationship with ourselves and others is the greatest gift one can offer the world. When we heal ourselves through improved self-love and self-esteem we are able to cultivate healthier relationships and life gets better. I specialize in relationship issues, especially our most vital relationship, the one with ourselves. I support clients through life-transitions, learning relationship tools, pre-marital counseling, infidelity, divorce, self-esteem, anxiety, co-dependence versus interdependence, boundaries, and addiction issues to name a few. I am PACT Level II certified.
My approach to therapy draws from a number of influences including mindfulness, body-based awareness, parts, yoga philosophy, spirituality, attachment theory, PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), and coaching tools. My work with couples and individuals is direct and tools-based. I view healing through the lens of relationship and awareness.
Cultivating healthier relationships through self-love and self-esteem creates positive ripple effects in families and communities. Reaching for help is a sign of strength. We are hurt in relationship and heal in relationship. I would be honored to connect and work with you to attain your life and relationship goals with more compassion, joy, and connection.
