Profile

I love working with introspective, neurodivergent individuals and couples who are inspired to take their healing to another level and experience fulfilling relationships. If you’re a sensitive person, you likely have an incredible, rich inner world, but may also experience challenges you feel stuck with. I'm here to help you break through your blocks, discover authentic expression, and find liberation within yourself and your relationship.
I take a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Theory, Attachment Theory, the Gottman Method, EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and mindfulness / spiritual practices. I am creative and straightforward by nature and tailor my interventions to fit what's best for you so that you get the most out of our time together.
My clients tell me that my insights, gentle nudges, and playful spirit help them move forward in their lives with greater confidence and joy. With a nurturing and empathetic style, I provide a comfortable space for you to express yourself and receive guidance without judgment. We can work together towards your goals at a pace that feels good for you.
