Profile

I offer 30 years experience as a men's work facilitator, 20 years as a practicing yogi/meditation teacher, and 15 years as a trauma & addictions counselor. If you lean towards a spiritual life view, blending eastern & western principles, I'm for you. I help you integrate trauma-sensitive HeartMath technology, IFS< Neurocardiology, and Polyvagal Theory to support your healing. Leaning into transpersonal concepts - synthesizing psychology & spirituality, you will come away with a sense of peace and freedom, as well as tangible practices to support you in bringing new life to your relationships, work, and life.
I offer a compassionate, trauma-sensitive journey to releasing your pain, addictions, compulsive behaviors, etc. integrating breath work, HeartMath, Polyvagal Felt-Sense/Focusing, Internal Family Systems and gentle somatic mindfulness techniques.
I hold space as a gentle source of healing and wholeness for those on the path of self-actualization and in recovery from compulsive behaviors, addictions, trauma, & painful attachments. We'll travel the road of compassionate curiosity together, at your own pace.
