Are you neurodivergent and tired of feeling like you have to mask with your therapist? Or are you part of the LGBTQ community and struggling to find a therapist you don't have to educate or who doesn’t make you feel judged? Perhaps you have experienced a trauma or great loss and feel like you will never heal. Maybe you grew up in a toxic environment where you were led to believe you weren't lovable. These are the types of wounds I work with clients to help heal. My clients describe me as easy to open up to and empathic, maybe because of my own unique ties to the LGBTQ community or my lived experience as a neurodivergent human.
I utilize a combination of modalities (EMDR, DBT, and trauma-informed yoga) to address trauma, grief (including pet loss), dissociative disorders and DID, and body image struggles. I will also begin Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy training in January. I am also experienced in working with folx in the poly/ENM/kink community (I am not a couples therapist).
Reaching out for help takes courage so if you have come this far, congratulations on the next step of your journey! I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to check to see if we are a good fit. Feel free to email me with any questions or to schedule a 15-minute phone consultation call or a first session.
