Profile

The most common concerns seen in my office include anxiety, depression, and PTSD. After an assessment of symptoms and brain wave patterns, I work to help clients retrain their nervous system and develop psychological flexibility using ketamine assisted therapy, meditation practices, and technology-based interventions such as neurofeedback, stroboscopic light, and vibroacoustic therapies.

I have trained extensively in both ancient and modern healing practices including Counseling Psychology, Neurotherapy, Qigong, Psychedelic Integration Therapy & Meditation. I have also completed training in various methods of energy healing. My goal is to provide a personalized, trauma-informed, mind-body-spirit approach to healing.
My approach is based on the notion that most mental health concerns are the result of a nervous system that has become stuck in an unhelpful pattern. The strategies I use emphasize the importance of increasing flexibility and adaptability of the nervous system. Through this process it is often possible to take positive steps toward achieving your goals.
