Recent Updates From Tim Joachim
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

I believe that the client has the ability to grow and change within themselves. The counselor’s role is to collaborate with the client to identify their strengths and resilience that will bring about hope and healing. I approach therapy with unconditional positive regard and empathy that honors the uniqueness of each person. I also approach therapy from a Christian worldview, but out of care and respect, I will not impose beliefs or opinions onto clients.
I work with clients experiencing addiction, OCD, PTSD, depression & anxiety. I primarily use narrative, parts work, & EMDR. My past experience is as a court-appointed special advocate, therapeutic foster parent, & residential counselor.
